价格适中，离西湖景点非常近，还有免费停车场，适合自驾游。服务人员态度非常好。酒店大堂内有旅行社的人员，在这里可以参加杭州一日游，只需要每人150元，既方便又省事。杭州的著名小吃叫花鸡、什么虾仁、东坡肉附近的小吃店都有。不错的酒店。

虽然设施比较老旧，但服务员较友善，一直主动帮忙，我们有二大一小定的是标准间，服务员马上多拿一套洗漱用品给我们，而且告诉我们可以拼床比较方便。出门就是西湖观光很方便，交通也方便。唯一就是周围吃早点远了些，宾馆内的早点又贵又难吃。

酒店是个老酒店，各方面比较陈旧些，但地点是真心好哟，在中国美术学院边上，交通方便，过马路就是西湖。但去杭州玩的游客就要小心了，打的碰上2个都是推荐去买桑蚕用品，而且还会编故事让你对他放心，我们一起去的朋友就买了2套四件套，第二天再打的又碰上推销才觉得有猫腻，之后在杭州所有遇到的只要能说上话的人都是想撤销桑蚕被子的，而且全部是延安路那家，所以提醒去的朋友小心吧。
