前台服务好，周晓晴很热情，张晨比较耐心，靳冲服务也很好，酒店干净，卫生好，房间大，视野好，早餐丰富，特别满意的入驻，下次还来，推荐入驻，交通方便，不错，很好，非常棒，卫生特别放心

住过很多五星级酒店，这家体验偏差，可能因为靠商业中心不愁客房率低，对散客也体现不出热情细仔了，这是我个人感觉。亮点晚上自助餐不错蛮丰富，大厨不断添菜品，值得表扬，但是餐饮部白天的男士值班长态度就非常冷漠，因我身体原因与其商量带点粗粮面包他至之不理，只当没听见，这让我很寒心。我们老年人出门不容易，没体验到家宾至如归的感觉，还是16层的吴燕保洁员为我俩老打扫卫生很认真。今后不会打算入住这家酒店了。总之偏差。

不知道是不是淮安最好，反正最贵。

订完房立刻给酒店打电话安排了婴儿车，事实证明还是很给力的，前台小姐姐带着口罩也看不清脸，就知道儿子对她一直笑，小姐姐还送了儿童毯子给宝宝。我和老公一致认为，床虽然坐上去软，但是躺着好舒服啊，美好的一夜，给我们回家途中做个中转站。早餐也是基本都有，和一般的五星级酒店无差，可以吃吃！
