嘉华酒店真的很不错，地理位置很好，旁边就是商场，服务也很好，卫生也很干净，我们是一家三口，穿很大，一点也不拥挤，还有宝宝牙刷，拖鞋，前台小哥哥为我们提升了酒店套房，真的很感谢他

酒店服务特别贴心，因为早在网上预定，晚上入住客房部已经做好好夜床服务，还送了欢迎水果和小礼物??小礼物有点可爱，哈哈哈，竟然放在床上。卫生间很干净，有大大的浴缸，直接在房间放置了浴盐，这比很多五星级酒店都好。床很舒服，枕头柔软适中。

早餐好丰富，从中餐，西餐，好全，而且食材很新鲜，早餐吃饱撑 ??
对面就是万达广场，逛街超方便，周围还有美食街，离高铁站也不远，价格配得上五星级的标准和服务

据说是淮安唯一一家五星酒店。酒店位置不错，在市中心。旁边就是万达广场，吃饭闲逛很是方便。 一进大堂就闻到香香的味道，令人舒服。前台热情礼貌。房间服务也很到位，一个电话就马上解决了各种问题。 房间干净卫生，床品很舒服。空调好给力呀。外面下雪房间里热的脚底冒烟[呲牙] 很棒的酒店哦！
