客服很热情主动升级了房间，还布置成卡通儿童房，孩子很喜欢。房间卫生不错，面积很大，挺舒服的，性价比很高，酒店所在位置也很热闹交通很方便，酒店里面就有美宜佳、这点真的太方便了！

一家人就近去宁乡泡温泉，选择了亲子家庭套房，套房有2间房，2张床，房间很大，里面卧室的房间卫生间也很大，适合带孩子入住。希望酒店考虑一下小宝宝入住，能提供婴儿小床，这样就更人性化了。

入住体验非常好，一进房间就被感动到，感谢管家李文文的用心，帮我俩孩子的照片制作出来了，给了我们大大的惊喜，满满的感动。温泉和游泳也特别棒，重点是价格还如此实惠，夜间也特别安静。五星好评实至名归。
