花那么多钱住个五星级酒店 没有想到床垫 与被子那么脏 真心太坑 服务态度也不行 打了两次电话半个小时才来人给换 这就是所谓的店大欺客吗 真心希望有关部门负责人去多为老百姓服务服务 严肃处理这些事情

带着父母小孩一家人出行，酒店有绑架消费嫌疑，充电器小朋友就只是碰到了一下根本没有开封（如图）就直接从担保金里扣除68元，房间暗淡闷不说，服务态度太差，父母和小孩一晚都没有睡好，出来心情不但不愉悦，反而让他们遭罪，心里很愧疚，也不知道那么多好评是怎么得来的
