不是第一次来住了，这次住的感受非常不好，马桶盖的垫圈上面全部是黄色点点尿渍，恶心到要命，应该是上一个猪狗不如的房客留下的。准备休息下，突然有人拿着房卡来开门，幸亏打上了保险，没有打开，那人还开了两次，我打电话到前台说有小偷，然后客服经理来了，说是酒店的维修工要来修理保险柜，简直无语了，酒店的维修工修理东西可以在顾客休息的时候招呼都不打，拿着房卡长驱直入吗？这个酒店的管理和服务真的是漏洞百出了，以后，不会再来了。
