Lobby is fine and staff at counter is ok
Some are friendlier
Issue is no fridge and room but small other than that red planet hotel is fine for short stays and close proximity to everything

The place is convenient on transportation, in the intersection of MRT and BTS. But I feel not good with your service, I booked 2 rooms, and I arrived first, I check in one room and told them to left another one close to me. I end up with the late arrival room available only in another floor, and my card can not access to that floor, it’s very not good, because We are in a family trip, It’s really irritating to get to see and sharing stuffs with each other.
