  the worst hotel that i experience in Bangkok. 1. The first night, they moved us to a lower grade rooms, given excuse, the family room is under maintenance. the replaced room ls are aging, smaller and bad lighting. no compensation with this downgrading. 2. second day the office forces us to checked out from the room before 12pm. but the new rooms were not ready. 3. each room one access card, cannot get the second.card for a family room 4. in front of my room is full of.boxes (refer to photo). in the noon, those sellers are packing their goods in the corridor and the lift are stucked with their goods. i believe hotel rented the place for them as a storage centre

  Staffs were very helpful and welcoming. However, i was surprised the hotel allows guests to pack their purchase goods into boxes for delivery right outside my room along the corridor. There were a few people packing with their masking tapes at night until I had to confront them asking what time will they complete. It was until 10.00pm plus when the irritating masking tape sound stopped. I thought the goods lying along the corridor were posing a fire hazard in terms of catching a fire as well as preventing a quick escape for the hotel guests. I will avoid staying in Pratunam hotels in future. I was at their 2nd building on the 4th level. Pictures taken outside my room.

  If you want a very accessible place but crowded, this is for you. You can walk to the pratunam night market. Outside the hotel. Many stores to choose from. There is the one food center too. But, for me, it feels crowded. Traffic packed. For the hotel room. My room was in the second building. It is only manned by a guard. The lobby is dark. My room is OK. I can hear people talking from the outside and other room.
