  Firstly the check in / check out staff wasn’t friendly , happens to be Ms.Jam. (Although i asked for a later check out was denied, the staff could have explain in a more polite manner).? The breakfast was acceptable, the person in charge Nd the cashier Ms … (can’t remember) was polite and nice.? The concierge was good very helpful!

  The room I was staying in was large and well maintained.The bed was very comfortable as were the two sofa chairs provided near the window. The bathroom was clean and there was a large bathtub that I took advantage of a couple of time for a soothing hot bath. There was a large smart TV in the room but although it had access to Netflix and other streaming services, none of them worked unless you had your own account. It would have been nice if the hotel had a building wide account for guests. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I had some questions about the hotel. The hotel has a pool and gym which I used a few times. The location was perfect especially if you are a fan of the local nightlife. There are several massage shops directly opposite the main driveway of the hotel. The hotel is very popular and unfortunately was fully booked when I tried to extend my stay. The cost per night was a bargain when booked through trip.com. I recommend this hotel to other visitors.

  这房间老得不像样。在这个价位真是性价比奇低。这个价位，我还是第一次见到酒店不配牙刷的，牙刷牙膏刮胡刀都要收费，真把国人当肥羊宰。吃早餐的时候，吃出一根超长头发，服务员过来啥也不説，直接把盘子收走，一句抱歉都没有。

  This was my second time here. Sadly the rooms with double beds were sold out. While the single beds were fine, I very much recommend paying the extra for a large bed. It’s a very nice hotel with a quiet uncrowded pool area and sauna. The staff kind and helpful.
