  Basically, it's okay. The shower is good, the shower stall has hot water and pressure. The cleaning was very good. Cons: It's too noisy from the old air conditioner in the room itself and the huge air conditioning system in the neighboring building. It's okay during the day, but it's hard to sleep at night because of the constant hum, like in a factory workshop.

  We had such a great stay ! All the staff from beggining till the end of our stay were very friendly and kind. We arrived late and they gave as upgraded room with extra space?? Beautiful pool and view,good breakfast and of course top location! There is several 7-eleven , restaurants and small shopping mall, few station away SIAM district. Highly recommended ! ????

  Victory Residence in Bangkok turned out to be one of those rare finds that quietly gets everything right. The value for money is excellent. For the price, the room was huge — properly spacious rather than “Bangkok big,” with room to breathe, unpack, and actually relax. The air conditioning was powerful and reliable, which in Bangkok is not a luxury, it’s survival equipment — and this passed with flying colours. The rooftop pool is a genuine highlight. It’s not just a token splash pool but a proper place to unwind, with great views and a calm atmosphere that feels a world away from the traffic below. After a day out in the heat, it was perfect. Location-wise, it’s very well connected. Getting into town was easy and straightforward, whether by public transport or taxi, so you get convenience without being trapped in the noise and chaos of the busiest areas. What really seals it, though, is the staff. Consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — the sort of service that makes a place feel comfortable rather than transactional. All told, it’s a hotel that punches well above its weight: good price, generous rooms, excellent facilities, and brilliant staff. I enjoyed it enough that I’ve already decided to stay there again on my way back to the UK, which probably says more than any rating ever could.
