海景房是可远眺，能看到往返涠洲岛的游轮。进到房间非常满意，两房（一个双床，一个大床）两卫，客厅（电视，沙发）、厨房（冰箱、灶台），大阳台（洗衣机、晾衣架），就是床在翻身的时候会有声音，还意外发现一间麻将室，带自动麻将机，简直太意外了。小区环境很好，有室外泳池，有一些儿童游乐设施，离游轮码头、银滩公园打车10元。酒店楼下有个京东便利店，基本的生活用品都有，还可租用整套炊具，早饭我们就是自己做的，周边有些小吃店，但要吃大餐的话要稍走远一点，真的很推荐这家公寓。

位置优越，租电动车🛵去银滩非常方便，房间设施齐全，卫生整洁，阳台晾衣服跟方便，能看到海，真心推荐。
