酒店设施较好，屋内有冰箱、洗衣机，家具和床上用品，毛巾、浴巾都很新，但屋内没有电话，要想联系前台只能下楼，或者用自己手机打电话，建议加设电话，起码在每层设一部公用电话；酒店是公寓酒店，进入小区和单元门都要刷卡，增强了住客的安全，但我所住的19楼房间是用钥匙开门，且屋内不能反锁，内部锁芯有故障，望加强管理；酒店楼下有一室外泳池，近期免费；酒店位置在北海的北部，去银滩座3路公交即可，约40分钟，起点到终点较长，并且也可到达国际客运码头坐去往涠洲岛的船，但除此之外，附近距离近的线路车较少。总体来说，酒店环境良好，略有小贵，毕竟酒店很新，设施很好，客人根据需求考虑。
