很多活动都要在壹号酒店进行，里面没人带着根本弄不清楚，空荡荡的也找不到人问问，大使只管接一下，其他都自己来，感觉挺不好的，最差的是退房，1个小时才能办完，见过这样的吗

出游套餐很丰富，DIY三明治很棒，早餐一般，去晚了都凉了。烟花表演没看到，被前台忽悠了，说能在房间看见，结果完全看不到。客房冰箱坏的，还了一台也就一点点凉。康乐不错，人少项目多，孩子特别喜欢，总体还是不错的
