酒店房间不算大，但是酒店的环境和周围的自然环境真的很美，早餐不算很丰富，中规中矩吧。酒店服务人员很热情，周到，就是价格小贵。但是小住几天还是值得的。

三千多的酒店，任何消费都要自理，大概都是三百起，吃饭水饺都是200一份，大家去的时候要带够钱，周末过一下大概1万块吧，也不是很好吃，就是吃个排场吧

本来是全五星的，但觉得商家不该只顾赚钱、环境和服务都不错，现在还盖着大别墅，住的房子从一千多到上万的都有，可惜竟然没有医务室，而去晚上如果真有病了，也无出岛，说是湖上没灯无法开船！请问如果真的出现紧急情况需要医生时怎么办！等死吗？前台只有个小药箱，里面只有一些发烧感冒之类的药，还有速效救心丸！孩子用的药一个都没有！无语！你们好好想想吧，别光想着一晚赚上万的房费，就算能住起上万房费的人去了，也有可能出现紧急情况需要救助！

过了云海山庄不远就是酒店的停车场和快艇码头，酒店位于湖中的岛上，必须坐快艇过去，所以很幽静，没有外界的人打扰，景色也美，山、水、树、草、花 衬托其中，旁边就是一号公馆，远处还有马岛可以过去看身姿矫健的骏马，马术表演就一般般了。酒店的饭菜中规中矩，客房有特色不过有点小，卫生不错，淋浴的花洒有点别扭，也没有手持的，浴帘放下空间就剩一点点了，还是受面积的局限。服务不错，有专门服务的大使，从头至尾很贴心。
