饭店设施很不错的，工作人员的服务也很好。尽管饭店的餐厅还没有正式营业，但哪里的服务人员服务态度很好，每日的自助早餐虽然简单但很顺口，清淡，我们大家都很满意。
饭店离避暑山庄和小布达拉宫开车只需几分钟，非常方便。周围又有好几个餐厅，价格比较合理服务也不错。特别是免费停车和无线网的服务，令我们感到很是方便。给好评，还会在光顾的。

去内蒙回来又住在贵店，虽然卫生间反味关上门还能凑合，可是这次住在三楼，卫生间的风口响声太大，关上门也无用，由于只住一夜，也就没换房间，为了保证睡眠，只好吃了二片安定，希望贵店能够重视这些问题，也希望贵店越办越好。

房间很小，布草非常旧，毛巾浴巾硬的基本不能用，被子很薄，就是毯子。跟价格实在不符。
