酒店很新，服务很好，很干净，就是前台业务不算熟练，第一次没能刷上pos机结账。房间布局不算合理，定了三间房，有一间开窗需要站到茶几上才行。衣柜过薄，进深不够，幸好是春夏之际去的，否则连大衣都没处挂，拉杆箱是放不进去的，只能放在地上。家具虽新，磕碰痕迹却很多，刚进房间时，看处处落灰的感觉，桌子上满是抹布留下的水痕，用手纸擦拭，却是油漆上的痕迹。卫生间布局略局促，但设施很齐全，使用起来也比较方便。窗外景色很美。酒店位置很好，承德著名的景点都在3、5分钟车程之内，酒店隔壁就是一个大型超市，临时买点东西相当方便。另：寝具质量很好，睡着很舒服。早点不错。

酒店名字够大，可名不符实。在网上看到订房间送温泉票，就冲这去的，想贵就贵点吧，可去了才知道，就是一浴池，冲了个澡就出来了。房间还奇小，早餐更是差。

三层楼房，房间硬件根本达不到星级，承德旅游环境太差，相比较普通宾馆也收300多一晚，还可以接受。
