  一次非常舒心、满意，物有所值的住宿。很多年没来承德了，淡季前来，价格倒是都不贵，但是对于当地地理位置不熟悉，所以挑选酒店用了几天。选择绮望楼是觉得酒店环境很有特色，跟普通酒店不一样。怕万一不满意所以先预订了一晚。首先説，前台和客房服务人员服务都特别好，特别热情，元旦连续两晚晚班的前台工作人员，非常热心的提供旅行建议，及时帮助我们完成续住。酒店冬天去放100个心，室温非常温暖舒适，不必担心夜里冷。酒店环境非常好，小鹿和小猫每天都见，观之欣喜。出乎意料的是酒店的餐厅，有一晚游玩疲惫了，选择在酒店吃饭，没报太大期望，没想到每一道菜都很好吃，虽然单价有些贵，但是菜量惊人，味道也很好，推荐给想吃当地特色菜的人。如果以后再来承德旅游，房价没有飙高的情况下，还会再次入住。

  We had a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and attentive. They kindly contacted us after check out to inform us we left our phone charger in the room and offered to bail it to us!! We stayed at suite with a courtyard view. We plan to return next summer to enjoy the beautiful grounds. ?Very nice bath products.
