  到承德出差，当地朋友推荐，新开业的酒店，环境非常好，遇到的每一位工作人员都会热情的打招呼，尤其前厅的孙俪及王莹莹两位，全程都非常耐心、体贴。 入住期间也添了不少麻烦，同行人员项链遗失在了餐厅，多亏了酒店的拾金不昧😄 下次还会继续入住的。

  非常满意的一次入住体验，进入酒店首先看到礼宾人员在门口礼貌的迎接，酒店大堂有伴有前厅人员热情的服务，尤其是孙俪和王莹莹服务态度十分满意，专业确不商业，温馨舒服。最值得一提的是，捡到我们客人的项链，并积极联系失主现已归还到我们手中这一些细节都体现了酒店的大气和管理的严谨性，让我们感受到很亲切，服务人员的周到特别感谢。同时房间里面的卫生干净、床品舒适，给我们营造了一种家的感觉，让人无比舒心，希望酒店再接再厉，下次来承德还在本酒店入住，也会推荐身边其他人入住。谢谢俩位小美女啦

  酒店不管是环境还是服务都是一流的，酒店给房间免费升了级，晚上还免费送上银耳羹，而且酒店位置距每个景区都很近，交通便利，不会堵车，感谢前厅部的孙俪，王莹莹美女，服务态度好，而且很贴心，下次来还会入住这家酒店

  我和老伴去承德旅游入住长承假日酒店非常满意卫生和服务都很好尤其是服务每个人都很热情周到，特别是前台小祝忙里忙外有求必应非常感谢，虽然住了两天我们很满意。
