  房间很大，设施很新，服务很热情，可以游戏，泡澡还能汗蒸，孩子们玩的超级开心，中餐厅真的太惊艳了，每道菜都很好吃

  住过几次了 早餐不错的 国际那边在装修 有灰尘 酒店送的苹果不太好他可以不送 或者换个橙子 再或者饼乾之类的 总体来説的不错 洗浴有点冷 水温也不是很高 也可能个人喜欢热水澡 没去泡 做了个修脚 师傅真的不错 手法 好 告诉怎麽保持脚步湿润 感谢

  酒店是国庆承德之行的意外惊喜，交通很便利，下了高速就到，房间乾净衞生还能俯瞰武烈河，早餐丰富，各种特色小吃应有尽有，服务人员非常热情周到，特别是预订部小张提前打电话沟通需求，知道我们带着孩子，主动送了小童早餐，还提前准备了小童用品，计划从塞罕坝回来首选这家再住一晚。

  首先是好评。房间总体还是不错的，管理上欠缺一些。房间大，设备新。大厅大气漂亮。但我还是想诚恳的给你们一些建议，希望你们能做的更好。前台小姐姐权限给的太低，比如人家带了孩子的，一份早餐要请示主管。本来一般都会送，如果还要请示，无论最後送还是不送，都难做到客户的高度满意。假日酒店这边路空间太窄。车位管理不好。其实可以调整为少量车位用於零时停车。将门口的空间空出来，并把车引导到地库停车。房间收拾完了後应该做使用流程检查，比如我们这次就碰到上个客人让插座跳闸了。结果发现无法正常用电，当然酒店很快就响应推上了空开，还有就是电视机顶盒老提示hdmi没接入，其实可能就是机顶盒关了或休眠了，让人感觉电视也有问题，可以做个提示。当然好的地方更多。没有细数，你们也做了客户回访，碰到客户提不足的地方，应该耐心的了解如何才能提高，而不是为了满意率回访而回访，主要还是希望你们能做的更好。加油。
