  超级喜欢这家酒店！个人原因更换了几次房型，酒店都很快帮我我换好了，非常感谢！ 晚上回酒店，送的热乎乎的银耳羹，还有客房部010暖心的问候让我很感动！感谢酒店温馨的服务，细致周到！ 早餐丰富，环境好！无可挑剔！ 南营子大街，承德中心主干道，商业繁华区。酒店处在南营子大街最南端，距离避暑山庄很近！

  已经第三次入住了，每次来承德都选择这里，出行方便房间干净卫生，服务也一直都是那么热情，价格也不贵，这次来酒店餐饮重新装修了，早餐给了我惊喜，早餐环境没得说，很有特色的装修，添加了现场制作的菜品，现做现吃还是不错的！推荐??

  酒店在市中心非常的方便出行，停车也很方便，前台小姐姐服务非常热情，很有耐心的给我们介绍了周围景点。不得不说早餐非常的丰富，有厨师在现场制作，非常的干净卫生，品种也多，早餐厅装修也很有特点，值得推荐！

  酒店位置很好，距离避暑山庄景区较近，在酒店门口坐6路公交车只有四站。虽然酒店设施有些旧了，但房间很大，服务非常好，因为我们全家是十月一日农历八月十五入住的，还给我们送的月饼。酒店有自己的院子所以停车很方便，在承德市区的主要闹市，停车还是一件非常重要的事情。入住时，酒店由于餐饮部分正在装修，除早餐外无法就餐，但周围吃饭的地方非常多。

  时隔四年再次来到承德宾馆，一家三口入住，酒店很贴心，给了个比较大的房间。疫情期间早餐只能在客房吃，因为带了孩子，酒店主动多给送了一份，虽然酒店比较老了，但是服务很周到。
