因为工作因为在这个酒店住时间比较多，説説感觉，避免大家踩坑，服务人员素质很差，特别是一位名叫**的前台服务女孩，相貌专业水平与希尔顿酒店定位不匹配、服务态度极差，在和办理入住期间非常不耐烦，与其沟通期间，值班经理莫名其妙就介入，这位态度水平不专业且对客人有质问的感觉，整体前台办理效率极低且办理时间太长，非常不专业，刷卡己经付款一次了，临时还要多付款一次，后来找到刷卡小票了，才説忘记了…

酒店周边设施完善，旁边就是世贸广场，购物非常便利。前台服务非常专业，尤其是前台Freya以及Anne小姐姐，服务态度好，主动询问了房间需求，点赞[强]，后续还是会再次选择这家酒店，性价比高！

房间住的很好，周边商圈也很方便，楼下就有好多吃饭的地方，巴适得很。前台的Ashley 服务很热情，小姐姐人美心善，因为我们开会结束较晚，帮忙保证延迟退房至15:00。真是衞生没的説，高大上的早餐水准和客房服务。

Front desk manager, Ms Hu, was very helpful to extend my stay in the same room.
There are many food options next to the hotel, Starbucks is not too far at a shopping mall across the other side of the main road.

The Hilton Longquani is a very good hotel which can be used for business travel and leisure in Chengdu. Although located a little bit outside the city center there are still many local restaurants around the hotel to enjoy the local delicacies. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a broad variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel is highly recommended.

Excellent location, close to all shopping you may require 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you prefer to eat out there are many restaurants to choose from. Will stay again when in Chengdu.
