We had an amazing stay at ISEYA and would absolutely stay here again.
The location is simply unbeatable — right next to Taikoo Li and IFS, with countless restaurants downstairs, a shopping mall attached, and the subway literally at the doorstep. It was incredibly convenient to get anywhere in Chengdu, especially traveling with kids.
The hotel is in excellent condition, and the loft-style room design is a real highlight. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the space is well laid out, and our kids absolutely loved staying here. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.
What truly made our stay special was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even when small issues came up, the team was always proactive and did their very best to find solutions quickly.
On our first day, there were a few hairs left in the shower from the previous guest, and at times the sound insulation wasn’t perfect — occasionally we could hear people in the corridor. That said, these were largely due to other guests being noisy rather than a hotel issue, and the staff handled everything professionally whenever needed.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location, extremely comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. A true 5-star experience — highly recommended, especially for families.

Stayed in the loft unit at Iseya Flagship Taikoo Li. A well-designed hotel with a contemporary, art-focused aesthetic. The room features a marbled staircase, electric fireplace, Harman Kardon speakers, Nespresso machine, and quality finishes such as gold-plated cutlery and a classic bathtub.
Attention to detail is consistent throughout, from the in-room information cards to decorative elements, balancing functionality and design. Overall, a comfortable and thoughtfully executed stay.

Excellent location and service. Connected to Silver+ mall and chunxi train station exit B.
After a tiring day, can go to the same building silver+ shopping mall level 6 乐小推for massage which close at 1am with excellent masseur and environment.
Will definitely stay here again if back to chengdu for holiday.

Second time stay and i would say my first stay was better. The staffs did not provide any kids amenities and no complimentary drink in the fridge (like our first stay). However, kudos on the housekeeping team as they consistently do a great job in doing the daily cleaning

Overall stay was really pleasant and the location was really good. Right in the central, with all major malls within walking distance. Front desk staff and hotel guest agent was also very responsive in wechat queries regardless of time. They were also very helpful with all requests, trying their best to accommodate to all. Grateful for the wonderful stay, will be back again!

这次在成都的两晚住宿体验同样非常愉快，特别想表扬一位名叫「麪包」的工作人员。他态度亲切，始终带着明亮的笑容，待人有礼，让人感到非常舒服。
酒店提供 24 小时管家服务，响应迅速。当晚房间需要便携式暖炉时，工作人员第一时间协助处理，效率和服务态度都令人印象深刻。
酒店地理位置优越，出行便利。下次再来成都，我一定会再次选择入住这里。

今次在世野高空酒店的住宿经验非常好。酒店的位置好得不用说。到埗当天原本打算先去宽窄巷子游览，但由於撞正假期人多得很，排队落地铁的人龙长到吓人，於是决定先逛酒店附近的太古里及跟据酒店管家【羽毛】介绍的火锅店食了第一餐。由到埗开始就感受到酒店的方便及管家的周到。第二天因要早出门去熊猫基地，要求尽早送上早餐，结果早餐在7点前送上，非常贴心。离开当天酒店前台帮忙通知预约车师傅把车开到酒店大楼门口方便上落，为我门成都之旅画上完美句号。下次来成都也会再入住。
