连住三天 每天都需要去前台重新刷房卡才能进 服务员服务意识很差 互相推诿 酒店硬件设施很好 如果服务不那么死板僵硬 会迎来更多客人。

整体感觉不错，酒店服务人员都非常热情，来的时候赶上大雨，行李箱都湿了，服务员帮忙给拿到房间，手动点赞👍。内部环境很好，家庭房的小床是后加的，硬板床加床垫，和大床一样很舒服。房间服务的大姐很好，每天打扫房间干净，还会放几瓶免费的矿泉水👍。早餐也很丰盛，中西都有，六点半开始，很方便。酒店门口就是锦江，江边有步道，走走很舒服。唯一不足的就是淋浴房花洒，热带雨林模式，水到处乱飞，没法用，只能用手持花洒，建议及时检修更换，洗澡水温有时不稳，不太好调。
