你们酒店是什么乱套服务？之前身份证过期前台一样能开。这次来就给我直接不开房，钱都付了你们居然不开房？什么意思？？只有送给朋友住。朋友原话：一进房间很臭很闷有个怪味而且窗户锁死都没办法通风，空调没有办法调温一直19度冷到哭。而且房间还小，位置也偏远。再也不会来了！拜拜

出差经常住千禧，因为离办事地点近，觉得酒店也不错，这次有点意外，发现浴巾有血渍，床单有红油渍，就感觉没有换过打扫，退房时候和工作人员说了这些，服务态度很好，本人有点小洁癖，希望是清洁部门没有清洗干净，而不是保洁人员没有更换过～
