房间衞生乾净，离熊猫最近很建议带小朋友过去玩玩的很开心，特别值得一提的是管家服务非常的热情，从到店前到离店都有被关注到，非常的贴心表扬我的管家彩灵 值得二去的酒店 。。。

前台工作人员的服饰让人眼前一亮，并且态度亲切热情，给人如沐春风之感。此次入住，经理小卿为我们推荐的家庭套房，体验过后，我们十分满意。
这套房窗明几净，空间宽敞，居住起来格外舒心。房内的设备设施均采用自动化配置，既紧跟时代潮流，又为我们的住宿提供了极大便利，让舒适感直线提升。
入住期间，小卿还通过微信给我们发送了温馨提示，还热心地帮我们办理了免费停车服务，每一个举动都让我们真切地感受到了宾至如归的温暖。
早餐也丰盛，这次的入住经历十分美好，下次再来，我们依旧会毫不犹豫地选择这家酒店。

The hotel is beautiful and the room excellent. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed without prior notice for our 7 night stay. This was very unexpected in the middle of summer and a major feature of the property. The service is unfortunately patchy, and the amenities not as advertised. The room does not have a service guide - in English or Chinese, the television provides pretty hotel pictures not useful information . The room was often not serviced until after 2pm, about the time you need a cool down and fresh towels in the summer heat.
The food was excellent- but like in many cases- the WeChat menu app would work with an international phone number, and no Ali pay version was available, a paper menu would have been handy. We have been to several cities in China and similar hotels while not as beautiful were better organised.

Overall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back.

Highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation in Xindu and near the Panda Research Base. Just like its name, when you walk into the lobby, you know you’re somewhere special. Our Panda Family Room was an amazing treat for the kids with lots of toys, games and panda stuffies. the staff was wonderfully accommodating. And just as special is its location above a great mall with lots of wonderful food options, from many highly rated local and international cuisines to many delicious street food places on -1. Best of many worlds!

🚗 交通：离地铁站非常近，如果不考虑距离市区过远，在新都区算是最方便的高端酒店了。
🧹卫生：整洁，翻译措施也非常到位
🍃环境：就在商城旁边单独的一栋楼，聚餐逛街方便，商城内的主流商家齐全。
🔔服务：前台uu让人印象深刻，值得称赞。热情大方，恰到好处。
