差评，酒店管理混乱，地下车库不通电梯，自动扶梯不开，4家人大大小小行李全部要手提。最大的问题是，我们住了4晚，3个人退上不同程度出现类似过敏或蚊虫叮咬的症状。联系酒店处理结果尽来是让我们下次去给优惠。我们出来旅游的，可能这辈子都没有下次了，这种处理态度让人无法接受。还有发票说给我寄，现在都一个月过去了，也没看到发票。大家要谨慎选择入住。

总体来说还是很不错的，就是地下停车场去酒店大堂要坐扶梯，我们停在B3，第一层扶梯停用……只能走上去，拿行李箱的不是很方便
