酒店设施不错…地理位置也很好…旁边就是综合体商厦…出行很方便，希望以后在客房服务上能进一步，早上九点出门…下午二点半进房间，房间还没及时清洁，客服还解释说是客人可能按了请勿打扰按钮？…这种解释很欠合理…希望能改进。

房间卫生很好，设施都很新，服务人员都很有礼貌。去王府井百货，茂业百货都很近。就在成都住的三间酒店来说，瑞吉的性价比是最高的。孩子的早餐是免费的，品种也挺多。办理完入住手续后，客房经理问了一下孩子多大，我以为会给送个小朋友的拖鞋或者欢迎点心什么的，其实没有。
