喜达屋集团旗下自称高端的酒店，有其名无其实，我带小孩到成都小憩，以前很好的成都印象，这次碰到瑞吉前台一帮人呢，真是很糟糕，我带小孩居然给我一张大床，怎么睡？前台还振振有词，没房了，那给房间加床吧，平时都是收费加床，现在给你免费加，什么嘴脸吗，还说你定的时候艺龙就这么给传来的大床，最后一句话更可气，说你住不住，不行你取消订单吧，md，都20点了，你叫我取消订单，真牛逼啊，好吧，认了，上楼居然给我个吸烟房，满屋子烟味，你说艺龙给我订大床房，赖我，那你瑞吉酒店留房，留吸烟楼层，那你说什么原因，可笑的酒店，怎么好好喜达屋集团让这些国内管理者搞成这p样子。假大空，有名无实。一堆乱象。豪华房房间墙纸都大面积裂开，毛巾超薄，硬度很高，可以搓澡，牙具跟快捷酒店差不多。wifi直接慢到发疯还老掉，用4g吧还没信号，管理之差比福朋还不如。总体就是服务差，管理差，水平差，性价比差，
