晚上办理入住，前台员工没有热情的服务意识，让客人签字时也不确认房间号，房价，早餐地点。含双早也没有告知早餐时间和地点。刷预授权时也没有提醒我住一晚应刷多少预授权合适，而是直接刷？我提前一个多小时定的房间，到店时才联系相关同事修改相应信息，等了两分钟后才再致电对方同事修改太慢。总的来说没有服务态度和意识，业务操作不熟练，这家酒店地理位置很好，下次到到成都我还是会选择这家酒店，只是希望酒店人该有的专业服务意识要提起来。
