线上服务需要改善。
帮忙升级了套房 ，本来挺感谢 ，准备多定一间，先答应可以升级，结果不知道是不是后面换了在线工作人员，又说不能升级，服务态度生硬，让我怀疑酒店是不是欠工资，员工故意这个态度 。
此次感官极差。

酒店防疫措施很好，进门都必须扫码，戴口罩，酒店随处可见有消毒洗手液，并且房间也配备了消毒湿巾。非常棒。感谢酒店Christina的热情服务，房间也做了升级！客房清洁度也很不错！

第三次入住这个酒店了，就是喜欢住这里，睡得香且踏实，特别是枕头，枕得很舒服，想买一个，可惜不知道是什么的牌子的。我是过来旅行的，一连住几天，出门在外，谢谢酒店能给我提供这么舒适的环境，有一种家的感觉! 以后来成都这酒店必选!

非常的不错地住了两晚，环境好，服务好，还为我们送了水果盘，床太软我要睡硬板床也给我调整了，非常不错，洗手间让我眼前一亮，太宽敞了，一个字大！还会再来的，最后说一说房间的空调，很舒服，不冷不热，又偏向于冷一些但不会导致感冒，这就是五星级酒店的配置，好评了。
