先说订的时候写的清楚"标间或单间"到店就没有单间了（可笑的是后来还有客人住到了单间，价格贵200）。让我们要住就要住套房，这个套房价格比网上还要贵一倍。好吧，看到时间晚也就认了，但是还不能补钱，必须要单独订房！原来的订单作废！？打同程客服客服也说没办法！最后跟携程代理商协调补了500才解决问题！最恼火的是酒店服务人员一副老娘天下第一的样子真窝火。这是多年来见过服务最差的服务人员了！！！以后绝对不会来这家！同程网的酒店客服也要加强啊！这个月出差北京和上海都在携程订了！自己反思原因吧！
