出差预订了世纪城洲际，酒店的宾客管家Shirleyli，帮我安排了房间，联系我的时候也是很热情礼貌的称呼我的姓氏，挺好的！服务积极主动，入住期间点了外卖送的有些慢，主要是酒店的电话无人接听，後续我的管家帮我通知送的！我去参加会议，一些路线问题，管家也给我提前就説了，贴心！入住满意！房间的设施设备也不错，晚上的夜景也挺漂亮的！还能看到环球中心和skp ！

I chose InterContinental for my business trip! The nice staff Giri Zheng.
contacted and arranged the room in advance. The hotel is strategically located, just a few minutes' walk to the business district, Intime, and the Twin Towers, making it extremely convenient for travel. They even addressed me by name, "Mr. Mark," so I will definitely choose this place again next time

The overall check-in experience was good. My butler, Giri Zheng, provided excellent service, being gentle and patient. He recommended many Chengdu delicacies to me and always addressed me as Mr. Kai. The room was clean and spacious, and I was very satisfied.

这次过来出差住的洲际，一进大堂就被整洁雅致的环境吸引，暖色调的灯光搭配简约大气的装潢，让人瞬间卸下旅途的疲惫，办理入住的速度很快，前台工作人员笑容亲切，还把我带到了电梯处，最让我惊喜的还是酒店的管家服务，全程以姓氏称呼我，从进房间开始就感受到满满的用心，管家Anna段不仅主动介绍了房间的各项设施，连周边的美食和游玩路线都贴心告知，晚上回到房间，发现桌上摆着一盘新鲜的时令水果，清甜多汁，瞬间被这份小温暖戳中，房间的环境也无可挑剔，床铺柔软舒适，衞浴用品齐全且品质在线，隔音效果更是一流，一夜安睡到天亮，离店时Anna还特意询问入住体验，这样的服务和环境，下次来成都肯定还选这家！
