第一次来这个酒店，很多情况都不熟悉，前台房务经理Sean Yuan非常热情逐一解答，还尽可能为我们提供方便，真正是站在客户这边考虑问题，大赞！
美中不足就是酒店自助早餐，东西不够丰富，12月底的气温，吃着感觉也比较冷。

周四晚上抵达酒店，前台姑娘Echo很热情帮我们升级了房间，还特别贴心的考虑到我们需要安静环境给我们安排了最边上的房间。房间比其他酒店都要大一些，有个单独的衣帽间，很适合带娃儿住，归整好东西房间一点也不乱，带一个阳台很舒服。酒店的自助早餐种类丰富而且不辣，孩子们都能吃。下次来成都还会选环球中心洲际酒店

酒店泳池很大、恒温，冬天也可以游泳。其他的设施和服务也非常好，特别是台前的Alisa Zhang 一直都很耐心、认真的提供服务，让旅程更安心。

酒店的健身房视野很好，器材很棒，开到晚上11点，能够很好的保持运动。在住店期间，有任何问题前台Alisa Zhang都很高效的帮忙解决，服务很好。
