酒店地理位置很便利，房间整洁衞生，自助早餐丰富多样。特别是服务人员都很热情，很周到。酒店服务员会贴心给我家小朋友送上小朋友拖鞋和洗漱用品。下次来成都会继续选择入住。

酒店地理非常优越，步行十分钟就可以到达春熙路和太古里，离地铁线也很近，楼下就是2号线，酒店工作人员热情又专业，早餐种类很多，非常好吃，酒店管家服务很满意。

入住体验不错，步行几分钟就能到地铁站。楼下还有便利店和很多小吃店。酒店员工服务很热情，还有自助洗衣房。会推荐给朋友入住????

The hotel is so far the best hotel we have stayed in Chengdu. It’s aroma fragrant inside is relaxing. We booked the executive suite and we were given a great afternoon tea and free drinks at night. Breakfast is sumptuous with lots of choices . My favorite is their great coffee machine. They have hospitable staff especially Lulu who helped me with my delivery. I celebrated my birthday there with my husband and I really enjoyed the cozy place and wonderful view of downtown. Just a suggestion to put more English movies for International Travelers. Thanks!

第二次住这个酒店了 地理位置环境都很不错
这次特别失望的点是我明明延迟退房2点确认了 等我下午1点多回酒店结果房卡无法刷了説是12点後就给我设定了 没有任何通知！这点特别不应该！
还有就是房间 整体都不错 电视打开居然卡住後面让工程来修 房门也是修了後才打开关闭自如 这种设施理应准时维修！
前台的迎宾水准备的不错 需要点赞。
希望可以及时意识到不足处 也希望越来越好
