服务差，态度差，拿顾客当傻子。这次住了三天豪标，不提供水果，到前台问，前台说以为我们是团购的房间，我们说了不是，后面仍然不提供，再次问前台，前台又说不是每个房间都有，随机提供的，问了几次才提供了一份。以前每次来住都有，以后不想再来了。忘了提供就是忘了提供，还找各种理由搪塞我们，以为我们傻呢。
