  I’ve stayed at the Marriott Renaissance Chengdu a few times over the years, and this most recent stay really stood out for the service. Booked a Queen room and requested a quiet location. Upon discovering late-night HVAC noise, I contacted the front desk. The staff responded calmly, discreetly, and efficiently, moving me immediately to the Presidential Suite—the quietest room in the hotel. Service was respectful and unobtrusive throughout. The room was silent and spacious, ideal for rest. Convenient for business travel: ~15 minutes to the airport, close to central Chengdu. Reliable breakfast and nearby international amenities. Professional, responsive service and consistently solid stays. A dependable choice when traveling to Chengdu.

  虽然有点旧，但是服务不错，性价比也很高，地理位置很方便，工作人员很细心，很周到！kari很不错，提前问询了房型

  这次来成都又入住首座万丽酒店，交通便利，环境优美，总枱小杜、Leo、rose等工作人员热情接待，礼宾部礼貌服务，早餐丰富，服务周到，客房服务也非常专业，29楼酒廊环境优雅，服务好。非常感谢！下次再来。

  这次住成都首座万丽，前台小杜太热情了！全程笑着説话，办入住又快又耐心，还主动跟我聊周边怎麽玩，这服务确实有万豪的样子，住得很舒服！

  对万丽失望了，可以説是住过最差的万丽 酒店比较旧了老了，不是很乾净的样子，马桶也不太通畅 説了不要尾房，还给了尾房 早餐也很难吃，种类也很少，感觉三星最多了，很不快的体验，成都淡季600+/晚的房费也不算很低了吧，但是感受太差了，早餐无从下口很难吃，然後一股油烟味，以後来成都不会住这家 前台服务感觉挺友好
