春节期间，全家来到成都入住这家酒店，首先就感觉服务态度非常好，手续办理时还有专人介绍，一直带到房间；房间设施很不错，空调给力，浴缸给力孩子很喜欢；每天都有新鲜水果送，第一天还有糕点很精美；我们忘记带了手机充电器，酒店很快就帮我们拿来两个；所有服务人员都是笑容满面很和气；总体来说这次入住感受非常好，房间也不错，下次来无锡还会考虑。

酒店太老了，服务很好，但酒店设施很老旧，隔音效果很差，大马路上的噪音很大，半夜三更又被隔壁几个女的又吃宵夜又看剧的，睡着都吵醒了，睡眠浅的还是不要选这里。还有就是房间烟味很重。

环境很不错👍，服务特别细致，房间卫生挺干净整洁的，我们之前订的都是行政套，后来都给我会员升级为豪华套房，特别满意，以后来还会继续选择这儿😀
