酒店环境不错，服务也真心不错，就是不知道这个酒店平时收不收服务费，年初三入住的，到了总台说房费还要加收15%的服务费，说的好听是住三晚免一晚，其实按网上的价格算下来等于没免！玩的文字游戏！餐厅味道不错，不过服务员在我们点餐前餐费解释工作不到位，引起我们误会，最后餐厅主管出面做了解释工作，还算可以，真心希望贵酒店以后在这方面让客人做到明明白白消费！
