来成都旅游，和朋友一起订了三间房。 成都之旅的最后一天选择入住成都丽思卡尔顿酒店，一到酒店有一楼的礼宾很主动帮忙拿了行李，一直陪同到25楼的前台。办理入住是在25楼大堂，装修古典风格，很漂亮。 前台璐璐帮忙办的入住，态度非常亲切，很贴心的给我们三间房都给安排了升级，并且安排的相邻的房间，还准备了欢迎水果。后来前台璐璐对我交待的行李的事情也安排的很好，没有什么问题。 丽思的服务我是认可的。希望早餐方面可以再提高一下品质。总体还是不错，值得推荐。

专门带孩子来体验丽思 办入住的时候 前台妹妹估计是新手 不熟悉流程 一直在经理的帮助下完成了 中间没有一点微笑 都是非常机械的 在我第二次提醒不要忘了给孩子一套洗漱用品的时候 脸上还有一丝不耐烦的表情 当时我都震惊了 我都有点怀疑这是丽思的前台表现 工牌我看过名字 但名字就不提了 在这碰见的工作人员都会主动微笑问好 房间维护的还是不错 就是电视画质有点差了 房间还是干净 但没有送入住水果 小朋友也没有小礼物 这些细节的东西其实很容易打动人
