酒店设施相对比较旧，在金牛区算是比较好的，外宾很多。需要特别说的一点：酒店前台态度很好，因住宿人员临时调整需要调整房型才能入住，艺龙这边客服电话很难打，酒店前台热心帮忙想办法，顺利换房入住，谢谢。

20年前就住过此酒店，留下了深刻的印象，那时候这里
还是四星级酒店。后来多次来成都，都没有住过这里。这次终于如愿以偿住进了西藏饭店，感觉依然温馨如故，并且更加有特点了，更加店如其名了，服务也更上了一个台阶。美中不足，由于旁边施工，有些噪音，但瑕不掩瑜，下次还来。
