服务特别好！硬件设施的确比较老，但是维护的很好，看得出老旧一点，但是蛮干净。所有人员的服务意识特别好，老远看见往酒店走，就出来帮忙提箱子、开门。成都这边公交需要自备零钱或者刷公交卡，前台服务人员得知我需要办理公交卡帮忙联系租借公交卡，十分方便。用完了归还即可。早餐不错，酥油茶很好喝。
