服务人员态度跟我们欠他钱一样的，那个大堂经理外国人 伊莉娜真的很牛气阿！做服务行业的竟然这种态度和我们说话，就在大堂拍了个照，就被她这个所谓的大堂经理揪住不放的训，还要拿手机过去给她看，看了以后照片删了以后还刻意问我们房号是多少，说我们会有麻烦，这种酒店以后谁还会住？这什么大堂经理伊莉娜不过也就是区区一个打工的，那种口气像极了外国人看不起中国人的感觉！！！垃圾酒店，在也不住！！！一点礼貌都没有的粪酒店！！！
