不愧为老牌五星级酒店！也许硬件没有新修的五星级酒店新或者高科技，但胜在软件服务。标准的五星级服务。从入住到退房，所有服务人员都是轻言细语，保持微笑。刚进房，客房就送来了孩子的牙刷和洗浴用品，非常主动。每天我们从外面游玩回来，累的筋疲力尽。一进门，就看到床头放好一瓶矿泉水，一个喝水玻璃杯，干净的拖鞋已经放在床边，让我们一回房间就可以脱掉鞋子，穿上舒服的拖鞋！浴室的地垫也已经铺好，可以随时冲澡。水果也每天放上，哪怕前一天没吃，也会继续加上。住了很多五星酒店，还是觉得服务好比什么都重要，毕竟在外面旅游太累，如果酒店服务还添堵，那旅行的目的就达不到了！酒店的环境在市区内的五星酒店里算首屈一指，毕竟在寸土寸金的市区里，能拥有这么大块绿地和小树林，很是奢侈。雨后，走在酒店的树林中，空气清新，飘着淡淡花香，让人神清气爽！下次如果再来成都，会再次光顾！

房间有点小。但是各方面设施都挺方便的，服务很好，走的时候忘了东西还专门及时的电话通知。性价比挺高的

差评 除了欧舒丹和早餐匹配价格 其它一律不理想 房间奇小装修差 两人都转不开身 蜗居 商务打印没PDF格式 门口交通无疏导… 总之不符星级 性价比低到尘埃里
