酒店环境一流，硬件设施很好，各种绿植花卉随处可见，有很大的园林可以散步，来这里结婚和会务的人很多，普吉岛餐厅的早餐也很不错。说说问题吧，酒店前台办理的速度太慢，能把人急死，这和其他四五星级酒店的差距比较大，需要提高服务的效率(不是质量！)，很多五星级酒店会考核前台给每位客人办理入住退房的时间。酒店周边没什么吃喝购物不太方便，当然这和环境好是冲突的可以容忍。
