This was the event for me so I decided to stay here but prolly my last time. even though this is 5-star, I did not feel the service lived up to expectation. The room and facilities were nice but the service was a big issue for me. When I arrived at the hotel, the bellboy asked me to move my luggage myself to the lobby, whereas other hotels, even 4-star, would have such services. The reception did not look like a proper reception, it was exactly like a office - with a long desk and computers and phones and wires running all over the place. There was also no obvious queueing system, so i did not know where to go or who to approach. When it was "my turn", the service i received was sub-par, and she accidentally gave me someone else's receipt. Later i realized that there is always a young lady standing at main entrance, and her seeming only role is to nod at people that walks in, and gestures at people who goes out. Recalling my experience on day 1, replacing her with someone who can actually help guests with their luggage would be a much more meaningful use of manpower.

酒店装修风格很特别！45平起的宽敞空间，全景落地窗，观景体验拉满，床品软到不想起床，酒店就在市中心离各个景点都超近，去哪儿都特别方便，周边还有很多吃的！
值班经理徐驰服务超好！宾至如归很赞！

A very nice hotel in central Chengdu, very easy to get a Didi ride to anywhere. It is 10 minutes' walk to the nearest metro station. Good food and massage places within the same walking distance. Room is very good with a nice bathtub and comfortable beds. Truly 5 stars. Tip: don't bother about the free gifts trip.com provides, e.g. hanfu photography, it is a marketing gimmick you can't claim it unless you spend more money.

Working at Sichuan University, perfect location. Staff is excellent, very kind and conscientious. Only problem is 1. Hours of fitness center (doesn’t open until 8am), and 2. Very crowded pool with swimming lessons for children. While children are wonderful and teaching them to swim is important, the pool is unusable with them in it

早餐有点对不起一百多的价格了，房间整体还行，不过看起来装修有点老旧风格了，适合老干部风，年轻人如果要拍照打卡就不太适合了，不过酒店员工态度蛮好的
