我们三家人，订了三间房，突然有一家爷爷突然去世了，打电话过去，你们的回复是要死亡证明，难道一张证明是如此的重要吗？我们这次出行，别家的酒店都很理解，都马上退款了，就是希尔顿要我们住多了一间房，彼此的信任都没有，让我们感到冷漠，特殊情况不可以特殊处理吗？真不解，就是这个事情我们都一肚子气，谁会拿家人来开玩笑，一张证明那么重要？

酒店总体是不错的 服务比较热情 就是就是就是要说三次入住太慢 几百间房的酒店前台就三个人办旅游旺季可合适安排速度快点 迎宾很好迎来排队 我们下午一点多到洒店的 说还没搞好房间说要等40分钟 后来等差不多三小时大厅里几十个人全是等房的

服务热情，硬件设施不错。去古城有班车接送，不错。海鲜自助和中餐厅绝对是败笔，服务不行，上菜奇慢。

酒店在半山腰，吃饭只能在酒店，外面没有其他的任何可以买东西的地方，加床的话可能要看房型的不同有些可以加，有些不能加！

酒店位置不错，远离喧嚣，适合度假，但，卫生条件太差，差到什么程度，坐在行政酒廊的沙发上，平视一看，连旁边台灯上都是灰，更别说房间看不见的地方了。
