在艺龙订房时选择了双床房，到了之后告知只有大床房。我们两大两小坚持要双床房，有个女服务员也坚称没有，还让我找代理，说是可以让代理出加床费，协商未果。后来换了一个男服务员，很痛快的给了一间双床房。
房间设施还可以，到谈不上精致，景色还可以，不过要楼层高一点（我们住在八楼行政房）。自助餐晚餐和早餐都很一般。

和女朋友来这里住了两天，大理很舒服。就是这里比较偏，租个车比较方便。服务员态度都很好，值得赞。远眺就是洱海 ，非常漂亮！但酒店小细节方面还需要完善，比如淋浴头，正上方的水量偏小等等。电视系统好评。
