酒店新，设施好，服务怎么说呢，有好的地方，餐厅，尤其早餐，客房服务都非常好，态度礼貌积极，但是前台办理入住，与离店感受很不好，退房时穿着应该还是个领班的不主动打招呼不说，面对客户疑问回答也需耐心，门口门童有个又瘦又黑的小伙子说话没礼貌，所以总体在大理这家酒店性价比不高

在云南呆了半个月，最完美的一家酒店，住了抚仙湖的希尔顿，版纳的万达文华，昆明的华邑，丽江的金茂君悦，服务都没法和大理实力希尔顿相比，早餐，设施，也都很不错，赞一个！
