服务态度很不好根本没有服务员搭理，进大堂的旋转门卡了我两次。
房间内卫生不好，居然有蚊子。房间外面有人施工。

酒店各方面无功无过，较为满意。不满意的是订的双床房，无房要改为大床房要我们贴350元。因为酒店的原因导致已确认的房型无房，还要求我们贴钱升级是无法接受的。回来经过同程沟通才同意免费升级，同程的反应速度还是满意的。
