温泉又小又少，小孩玩的地方也小，早餐也不好。总之和东泉，铭湖比差远了！ 再说艺龙，太让人失望了！定好的酒店客房等到了之后告诉我定的是温泉区客房，找客服要求换房，给的回复说房间一样，我就不明白了不论从地点，房型，面积从哪能看出一样来，简直就是挂羊头卖狗肉！告诉我们不满意可以退房，大晚上的你叫我上哪去。总之各种理由搪塞，推卸责任，太差劲了

酒店硬件设施还不错，有温泉赶海项目很吸引孩子们，玩了两天都意犹未尽呢，就是餐饮方面差了很点，菜不太好吃种类还少，和酒店其他方面不匹配呀！
